Phillips 66 in Pekin (1401 Broadway St)

The name of this place Pekin Gas, and they have low-quality watered down gas that makes your car not run right. I'm not even sure this is authentic Phillips 66 Gas. Stay away from here!

Diesel pump ran at 2gpm full speed, which is too slow to automatically shut off nozzle. I stood there and watched it overflow and manually shut it down. I went in and told them what happened and why it happened and that I wanted it cleaned off the side of my truck and wouldn't pay for what wound up on the ground. Manager said she'd clean it up, came out and looked and told the owner over the phone that there was nothing on the ground (I have pics and video). Said theres nothing wrong with the pump and they're inspected annually. The tag was from 2018 (I have pics). Said I could pay for the fuel or they'd call the cops. I told her I've got no problem paying for the fuel in the truck, but I don't care if it's a penny's worth on the ground I shouldn't have to pay for it. She again threatened to call cops. I paid, took pics, will be contacting the state tomorrow.
