Pumps suck, the smell of fried chicken is so overwhelming, must go home and shower upon leaving!

Really hate the people that hang outside the doors shaking you down for money and spare change. Not feeling safe doesn’t want me to return to the station.

This gas station is subpar at most

it's a neighborhood type station on an industrial part of KC, KS located near rail yard freight depot's and several trucking companies. Has a liquor store located on the opposite side of the convenience store. They have some of the best fried chicken and absolutely love the honey butter biscuits when fresh. as for the customer service. Depends on whose behind the counter. I've been ripped off by the older guy who part owns the place on a purchase of a tobacco product that they knew had been damaged and hid it while selling it to me. After unbagging the item outside, I noticed the damage and took it back inside. I was told it didn't come like that, I did it. Grizzly agreed with me and refunded the price. So beware and inspect anything you purchase here.

Had to go to 3 different pumps to get gas. First one simply had picture of a card with x drawn across it ( maybe cash only?) Second pump went haywire after I inserted my debit card, alternating between flashing RKL required and enter your PIN. It would allow me to enter my PIN or pump gas and required about 10 tries to cancel the transaction (so no one else could use my card if it did start working) Third pump worked fine.

Everything is good and specially there food Burritos and fried chicken

Folks are pleasant, but not too friendly. Place is clean but I wouldn't eat here.

Always prints receipts so you don't have to go in. Great food inside.
