Shell in Knoxville (6400 Maynardville Pike)

Easy place to get gas at,but not a well taken care of station.

I rarely go inside. Pumps don’t always print a receipt, so I go in to get one. Seems to be a friendly place.

Typically, it's a little cheaper than closer Shell's.

Worst gas station owner I’ve ever come across. Spent literally 31 minutes to pump 12 gallons of gas (needed one more fill up to get my $0.35 per gallon discount) and then it didn’t cutoff and ran gas all over the side of my car. Lady working the store was really nice. I asked to speak to the owner and the lady called him and he wouldn’t even speak to me. I got his number and called him and all he could say was they knew it was slow, needed work, but hadn’t been done yet. The least they could have done was put a sign up saying it was basically non-functional. I left him with some very choice, loudly spoken words. I’ll never go back here because the owner could care less about my time/experience at his store!

Diesel pumps are really slow! I timed it at 1 min 13 secs per gallon!

Has ATM but is always empty never works !Just good for gas cokes or beer.

You better know how much change you are getting back. They will try to rip you off.
