Kroger in Jackson (1100 W Argyle St)

I pulled into the gas station after work one night and I stood there for over 20 minutes while there was nobody inside the booth. the lights were on and everything was unlocked, but apparently the fuel clerk was walking around the parking lot and refusing to do their job.

Quick in and out. Decent prices. Love the customer discounts.

Customer service could be better. I was using multiple cards to purchase gas and every time the staff seems irritated.

Some pumps blocked off with cones, I assume not working. The squeegee and washer reservoir were bone dry and no paper towels either. Paid at pump so no interaction with staff. They at least had paper in receipt dispenser.

compared to other Kroger gas stations in the state I've been to, barely average.

They Do Not offer Restrooms.

Love the Kroger rewards for getting cheaper gas here. Got 10 cents off a gallon today with it. Very helpful.

An ongoing issue with printing receipts at the pump. More often than not, if you need a receipt, you will need to see the cashier.
