Wilsons in Halifax (30 Farnham Gate Rd)

This is my go to station. It is close to my home, and with the 5cpl discount for my air miles card swipe and an additional 3cpl when I use my CAA card, it's a win, win, win.

Good. don't forget to pay in cash, it's cheaper.

Overall, this is a good station and the $0.05 Wilsons discount is amazing, but the location is horrible. The station is situated in what is essentially the parking lot of a strip mall (Rockingham Ridge). It’s always busy there and there is very little room to move around the pumps. I hate the feeling of being in a busy/cramped location when filling up (and I’m always scared I’m going to get in an accident in that parking), so despite it being the closest station to my home, I avoid filling up here. Side note - they sell some really good popcorn here, so I’ve actually walked from my home to the store just to buy the popcorn :).
