The restrooms were blocked off. Staff said that they were out of order, but I am sure that they just don't want to treat customers nicely.

Fountain area is always a disaster and hard to find lids.

Cluttered convenient store. Usually they don't have fresh lunch time things to eat.

Location has not had Exxon for two years

The parking lot is not clean in the garbage is running over in the garbage cans in all over the ground

Always a nice guy working 2nd shift, he's friendly and fast. He's alone and it looks like 1st shift (AKA: when store manager is supposed to be there) is leaving trucks to put away and messes to clean up for 2nd and 3rd. It's always a wreck when I go in and having worked as a manager for a convenience store before, I know it's impossible to ask one person to get all of that done during 2nd shift. 3rd shift is slower so maybe it's expected to be done then but in the meantime, you've got tripping hazards and general filth and disarray all over the store and the restrooms are not open to the public bc no one wants to clean them. Sorry, not sorry but all of this is a reflection of the store manager bc he or she is the one that sets the tone for the standards and expectations for all associates by leading by example and assigning realistic tasks that are consistent for each shift, staying late when trucks aren't done or at least having a plan of action for the night and the next day, at the
