Weigel's in Knoxville (3925 Chapman Hwy)

buy milk, not gas here. high price leader.

It’s a busy place, with some rough customers, makes it difficult for employees to be as nice as they could be otherwise

Clerk did not greet me upon coming to desk to pay for drink. She asked me for my weigels card, I handed it to her. Yet she was about to sit it on the counter until at the last minute she saw my hand was outstretched waiting for her to give it back to me. She was engrossed with another clerk behind her about what the clerk did the previous day. All customers should be greeted, not striking up conversations with co-workers as they come behind the counter. Bad customer service!

Unable to use our gas buddy card or bank card at pumps; had to go into store and they still could not use the gas buddy card inside. Have left to go to another station

Aside from the veterans and homeless that frequent this area the gas station is Not terrible.

100% gasoline also. But 3.69 for premium as of 10/24/21
