I stop here as it is conveniently located on the east end of downtown Calgary. Well lit, the washer fluid and squeegee are always available. Can get my gas quick and easily with no fuse. There is homeless people usually hanging around the lot but they have never come up to ask for money or disturbed me. I like that there is a automatic car wash on site as well. Can choose options on the screen at the pump to get a car wash done while paying for your gas which is really convenient
