BP in Saginaw (3670 E WASHINGTON RD)

Everytime I come to this station I receive friendly greetings with smiles & great customer service inside. And, of course, who could find fault with BP's Top Tier gasoline?

Easy access from I-75

Straight bitterness as soon as you walk in. The employees seem irritated at the fact that you stand asking for service without even interacting with them. The bathrooms look like they were used by monkeys absolutely fowl. And forget about getting one of them on the phone and when you do they sound like they would hurt you once you step foot into their workplace with how angry they are I have lived down the road from this spot my own life and I will go out of my way to have anything to do with being there.

Easy access in/out.

Good station.

The pavement is cracked, the women's restroom didn't have soap, the toilet paper was just stacked in the bathroom, the receipt didn't print out, and they didn't have iced tea. But the staff was friendly and seemingly stretched too thin.
