Been going to store for years as if is the cheapest gas around . Parking lot okay sometimes needs more attention . The younger staff has gotten very rude and not really helpful .
Clean and well lit. Prices are usually higher than others in the area. They are usually the first to go up and last to come down.
Prices are average. The location is good UNLESS IT'S 7AM-9AM and 4PM-6PM. If you can wait until later, I definitely recommend doing so.

5th time I’ve stopped here and the prices were dramatically higher than reported (less than 6 hrs ago). For example, right now app says $3.87 for premium but pump price is $4.15.

Whomever keeps reporting the wrong price especially diesel needs to stop. You should physically be at the pump to verify.
