BP in Merrill (105 W SAGINAW ST)

some of clerks not friendly

Customer service at the Merrill gas station is terrible awful awful horrible. Cashiers are rude, they gossip about each other in front of customers, and the manager is so rude. Employees are always outside smoking

be a watchful eye, it seems to me that cigarettes fluctuate a dollar from one day to the next for 3 packs... I talked to the cashier today and she said she'd look into it, hahaha that's a joke you could tell!!! owner if you read this please contact me so I can talk to you about this because somewhere along the line something isn't right by a dollar difference from day to the next or even from one shift to the next!!!
