Shell in Bristol (400 Volunteer Pkwy)

This location can be difficult to get in and out when crowded.

The pumps are generally out of paper so you have to go inside to get a receipt. The way the station sits it can be difficult to get into the lot depending on traffic. If you are a local you know when to go, visitors avoid peak traffic times. I buy gas here often.

Just pumped at self service, didn't go inside.

station is ok. the people are nice but I know they are short staffed and it just seems dingy. location is ok, sort of hard to maneuver when it is really busy.

Whoever is working is always friendly and very helpful!

Good store just really ran down need updates the parking lot was dirty and trash cans are old and nasty
