Exxon in Gloucester (7535 Crab Thicket Rd)

This gas station is outdated, has an awesome location, don't know why it isn't updated in the likes of a WaWa.

Customer service could be much better. Coffee is usually out, old or cold. The people that work there just seem really lazy, not all of them only certain ones that I've noticed and 1 of them being the manager and don't try to get gas close to 6:00am because they shut down the pumps (assuming for shift change) and if you pull up to a pump say 5:52am they will turn it off before you even get out the car. That's just poor customer service and ignorance. I just go to the one up the road on 17 now and they won't shut the gas pumps off on you when they see you pull up if it's close to 6am they will actually wait for you to finish, plus they always have plenty of coffee. I've tried given them the benefit of a doubt several times thinking it was just a fluke but these people are just pure lazy.

Why are the employees soooo crappy at this particular 7-11!!??? It's so stinking rare to find anyone who is nice, or, actually wants to be here!! And, on the very slim chance you do find a good person working here, they sure don't last long!! Ugh. My least favorite place in the world to stop! I'm done. I would rather drive out of my way then put up with their crap attitudes for one more day.

no restrooms. charge $1 for ice. $1 for ranch dressing for chicken tenders

Great location for the station. There's an awesome park across the street. Good. My personal favorite station due to proximity.
