They refused to take my gas coupon (from their text coupon service.Coupon had another 5 days before it expired). After the attendant scanned the coupon I was told "It's not taking anything off. There's nothing I can do. You have to pay the full price. " Offering coupon savings is good PR, but refusing to honor those coupons is worse than not offering them in the first place.

This Holiday location only sells Regular and Premium grade gasoline (no Midgrade, E15, or E85 gasoline and no diesel fuel), the stationstore is relatively small and outdated, and the customer service is OK at best.

Manager is the best part of the store!

Don't know if he was the manager or not, but he was sure rude. He wasn't wearing a uniform so my guess he was.
