Trouble with pumps not working properly. Clerk was unsympathetic- did not acknowledge my frustration- dismissive A simply acknowledgment & an "I'm sorry" would have sufficed . . . I've never returned
My 20 cent gas reward discount was lost due to a problem at their pump. Didn't put a note up stating there was an issue either. So pissed I lost a month's rewards. Cashier did not care at all. Tbh the place looks really shady. The card readers look like it could easily be removed to insert a fake reader to steal card info, the lighting is terrible, it looks like a mess on the outside and looking at the store itself reminds me of a ghetto gas station. Not sure I even stopped at this place but I've never gone back

Don't try using the Marathon account for the extra 5 cents off because none of the pumps work to accept the account number. The guy behind the counter said he couldn't do anything if he could because he didn't know how to fix the pump to accept their own reward account.
