Shell in Fairfield (207 Sterrett Rd)

I'm a big fan of this gas station overall. the service is great and it has a good selection of snacks, etc.

Spent $271.00 filling up my truck. Walked to the c-store only to see a handwritten sign taped on th door saying "restrooms out of order". Really? Get real tired of stations pulling this to avoid cleaning restrooms. Poor form!

Good for a big rig Motorhome (40ft). Separate Diesel tanks on the left side. Needed to pull past the front door to leave. We didn't have a car attached this time. If you do, it might be a bit tight, and you may need to detach.

This station has no midgrade or premium gas by order of a STOP SALE by Virginia Dept. Also, some of the card readers are not working at the pump.

Pumps not approved by state weights and measures

Half the pumps are closed and taped off. Had to pay inside. I paid with American Express and had to return to the store twice; once to pay the estimated cost and one to get the receipt. I had Parking available at side of lot. Looks like they may be replacing some of the pumps.

was told they do not accept gas buddy cards. so I'm going to the bp on the other side of the hwy.
