Esso in North York (3514 Weston Rd)

This used to be my go to gas station every week until they changed staff - no windshield washer fluid, no paper towels, very dirty around the pumps. After that every time I went had to ask for everything and most of the time they didn't even have them. When asked the attendances, they were annoyed. I understand those might not be the norm in another country, but they should do what the Romans do when they are in Rome. I contacted the head office and they said the general manager would contact me to see how they could improve. Well, it's check in the mail. So I go somewhere else that treat me and my money better. What a shame!

Convenient location, clean facilities, and friendly staff. Gas prices were competitive, and the convenience store had a good selection of snacks and drinks. My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the parking area at night. Overall, a solid choice for a quick fill-up and grab-and-go."

This Essie is small but has everything others have. It’s brightly lit and is clean!
