I know it’s difficult to get good help these days but if you’re looking to hire customer facing employees, you should really be sure they can answer simple questions. When someone asks who the manager is, don’t answer with “What is your problem?”. Really? I wanted to know who the manager is. Mary didn’t even know their name or, didn’t want to share this information.

There are a few customer service people that art great then there are the few that seem like they hate being out there and don't wanna talk to anyone is constantly on the phone the others are great I have no problem and it being so close to the 7 11 and has cheaper gas in its just in the same parking lot as them
