This store is very unprofessional and dirty.. The coolers are always empty and the glass cases are filthy along with the very nasty dirty bathrooms let alone the smell... Employees are stealing you blind and they have no customer service skills... Always lined up to check out because they are either outside smoking or talking on their cell phones...... coffee never fixed or has been sitting for hours and the station dirty and very unsanitary. Maybe you should send in a Regional or district manager or a secret shopper just to see what goes on.... They smoke pot while working outback... They never have food on the grill and never have change to give back to customers.. Management is terrible at. This establishment and it shows... I will never shop at this 7/11 again as WaWa is a much nicer cleaner store well lit up and very clean and staff is amazing... This store definitely needs a major overall starting from the manager down to all employees. I want to remain anonymous due to knowing

I'd like to say I don't normally make comments let alone bad ones. But this one definitely deserves a bad one! It is Such a disgusting restroom. The walls & floors are absolutely filthy!!! it's a one room bathroom,Not that it matters to many people. It's a busy 7-Eleven so that kind of surprises me.It's a woman/male restroom. There is no paper towels a dirty feeling coming out of it. Yuck !! That in it self I will not come back or recommend it to anyone!!! Really hoping it is not always like this!
