Shell in San Antonio (1775 Encino Rio Rd)

Out of gas as of 9/2 @ 1030Am the attendant was extremely rude and yelled at everyone to leave. She has no reason to do so.

The manager and guy that works at night are nice and friendly. Please be respectful to them and every other gas station attendant during this crazy gas frenzy. stop topping off your tank. and fillining unnecessary tanks. you are part of the problem

I think they are doing a great job, considering. Went at 9/3 at 9:45 am, waited about 2 hours. Contrary to some of the reports I'm seeing, I found the gas station employees friendly and helpful. The customers waiting in line were the problem. I had one lady scream curse words at me in front of my young child simply because I was next in line and she had been "waiting for 3 hours and I was in the wrong line". There are 4 gas pumps and 2 extremely long lines when I arrived, no one informed me that either of the lines were incorrect. This woman wasn't the only one acting like this. Before you get on this thing and trash someone's business, consider the fact that YOU may be the problem :)

About to run out 10am sep 2nd. Staff uniterested in directing traffic or helping at all.

It's an okay gas station. Go to it if you absolutely have to.
