CITGO in Raleigh (1210 New Bern Ave)

These employees (and there were plenty) just stood around rather than marking gas pumps that were out during the gas panic. They let a guy walk around and between the pumps smoking a cigarette and panhandling customers waiting to get to the pump. AWFUL!

Has e85 and non ethanol

Second review as a follow up... It's in the ghetto as I have stated before. The thing that irritates me most is that this is the only station close by me that has E85 so I HAVE frequenters this place. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. EVERY TIME, I am approached by people asking for money. It's not like every other station where I am only approached by people wanting to compliment my car. If you have no need for E85, just go anywhere else. As soon as a closer station opens with E85 I will finally be done with this place.
