Sign for Smart Water says 2/$4.00 23oz. There is only 20oz and 24oz. Very misleading. Attendant says, I don't know.

It’s gas. Worker was nice. It’s cheap. Their card system for apple pay was not working, had to use card at pump, no gulf rewards. Still was cheapest even without any rewards.
