Uni-Mart in State College (1200 S Atherton St)

they said the 1.99 price was only a Christmas thing. I think the guy just wanted to pocket some extra loot.

Always have cheap cash price, but the pump is slow.

Be wary of the cash vs credit pricing. It's not super clear sometimes at the pumps themselves. The pumps are also a bit slow and outdated.
