Best time to go is before the store opens and close to closing. Clean, well lit and helpful attendants that walk area and that probably helps prevent fraud from skimmers.

Fast lines, Always someone to help, Best prices in town by 10 to 30 cents. Even better on premium. For my car which requires the 92 octane stuff, I save up to $5 per tank. Yes, it is worth the drive.
