Shell in Port Hope (156 Toronto Rd)

went to gas up and get petro points....to find out it's a Shell gas station now

Very ignorant and rude service. The owner did not seem to care his employee's behaviours. Just go to Mobil across the road for a better experience and cheaper gas!

DO NOT GET A CAR WASH HERE. Car wash actually made my car worse. The owner let me go through the car wash again and it did the same thing. He refused to refund me or remedy the situation and took my $12 for the most expensive wash after making my car worse. This is terrible service and bad business practice.

Competitive pricing on regular gas but much higher pricing on V power gas compared to other Shell stations.

Poor service

Was good till it changed. Now prefer to go across the street.

Needs a little work but it does have the only automatic car wash in town

Washroom need to be clean

New owners. Competitive for regular gas but unreasonably high pricing on higher grades of gas .

F these guys for not having open restrooms for customers. Have never opened them all year no matter what stage of open or lockdown. Comes down to lazy maybe?
