I have been a customer here for almost 20 years. This morning you lost me. Why did you lose me? When I need gas and want to buy things in the convenience store at the same time, I prefer to do it in one transaction. But for some time now, you have been requiring advance payment for gas. I can believe that some people steal gas and that this is a problem for you. But asking your honest customers to pay in advance is very insulting. Besides, it forces us to multiply transactions if we need something in the convenience store after filling up with gas. No, not for me. For these reasons, you just lost a long-time customer this morning.

Very busy service center, very unorganized at the pumps, should only have one way in and out. Runs out of paper receipts at the pumps to often and that makes you go inside to get your receipt. And you because theirs Always a line up for lottery tickets. Hate it
