Staff not nice very rude. Won't let you use washroom. Messy looking store disorganized.
Always, friendly when serving customers. For a gas station the environment is warm
This gas station is slightly out of the way from the main downtown area therefore I never find it as busy. I also choose going here because it has a lot of room to park and it's not super crowded. I usually pay at the pump but I've gone it sometimes and I find the customer service to be good.

Consistent fuel quality and very professional staff. The new updated pumps with Esso Speedpass makes it very convenient. I drive a diesel and I can trust the quality of the fuel as it's near the 401 and replenished almost weekly due to high volume.
