76 in Seattle (8408 Aurora Ave N)

Customer service is slim to none and the communication barrier makes it that much more difficult when inquiring about anything. Every time I went there - I was (not) greeted by a grumpy old man - who (I don't blame him the least!!!!) looks and acts as if he would rather be ANYWHERE (!!!!!) Than right there behind that dirty cluttered counter. One time - no joke - i went in there (perhaps around 10:30-11:00) and he was literally sitting on a stool - SLEEPING - in a upright position . And he didn't hear me come in and give a little gentle cough/ahem - and after the third one - I patiently and gently said "excuse me sir...." and he woke up dazed and confused literally not knowing where or what was going on at that very moment. I could've, no joke, walked out with that whole store and made multiple trips to and from filling up my car and he would have never even known until everything was all gone. Haha I'm just kidding !!! I would never everrrr do that!!! But what I was not kidding about

It fits the Ballard area. But not meeting any high standards.
