Shell in Hildebran (8807 Old NC-10)

pumps are running at 2 and a half minutes per gallon. Women at register said "you know it's 32 degrees and it's 1st thing in the morning?" What at stupid b#%!#! Like that has anything to do with it. LOL!!!!

New manager Ricky is awesome but some of the staff are pretty rude. I always fill up here because I'm a Shell Card Holder and the recent gas episode with water in the gas was unusual. I have been filling up here for over 20 years and I've never had any problems before. I worked out a price with the Manager on something I buy a lot of here, and the price jumped up almost 8 dollars per roll. I made a commitment that I would buy 2 per week and he agreed because the store less than half mile away charge exactly what he priced it to me for. It gets aggravating when ever time I go in and he isn't there that I get turned away or told I'm crazy when I tell them what I had a price worked out with Rick and they refuse to call him and pretty much tell me to get lost. I spend over $100.00 per month with them and I never had a single problem with Gary the old owner but this place acts like they couldn't care less if I drive across the street and buy elsewhere. Customer service is fantastic. Very friendly

This station has a Diesel price but never actually has Diesel
