This is certainly not a "super station" with baristas, donuts, and a bathroom that seats 10, but this IS The only gas station and Edenton where you can get your oil changed, your air put in your kids bicycles for free, and a friendly smile and hello from a hard-working owner. Quintessential, old-fashioned, small-town service station, with the convenience of pay at the pump. A bit off the road for travelers, but the only place you will find Carr assistance, especially if you are a lady traveling alone. Love this place!
We always stop here when we are in town. Its our “go to” gas station and convenience store.
Horrible service do not recommend the station I was overcharged 6995 for an oil change I am a 70-year-old widowed woman and they took a vantage of me

There's another review claiming this station has been closed for for three years. They must be referring to the old She'll station on Broad Street. The Duck Thru Shell is alive and well.

Do not use this fuel station Theron T The clerk is scamming people and pocketing money he tried to scam me but it didn't work and speedway corporate is investigating it I sent them all the proof showing that he was scamming me he didn't give me all my fuel and the police came and they told him he's got to give me my fuel but then he gave me the wrong receipts and that's what got him busted
