Hot Spot in Asheville (103 New Leicester Hwy)

Great coffee and lots of lighting!

Personnel were friendly and ensured the station was clean. The only problem was trash at the pumps on the ground.

This particular gas station has the best prices in all of Asheville on a regular basis. For regular gas, it’s always $.10 to $.40 cheaper on average. I also got a slushee recently & it was better than other gas stations because it didn’t completely melt with in 20 minutes. Bathrooms are updated & generally are decently clean. They usually have 2 to 5 cashiers & lines open that make wait time more manageable because they are busy pretty often.

They treated me like an idiot had to go inside twice, just to get the discount with my Hotspot card. Then the second time going back into fix it charged my card again. Still didn’t give me the discount. Making gas go from 3.24$ to 3.14$. I drive a big Ford (caravan) and that 0.10 cents a gallon makes all the difference. The blatant disregard and lack of good customer service was completely uncalled for. I came out of my way just to come to this gas station for the discounts just to not receive them on top of wasting 20 minutes or more of my day having to walk back and fourth just to still be played for a fool. This has completely changed my mind about this store. I expected MUCH better service even just human decency from the workers here. They were in the middle of training new people as well, this is NOT the way to do business and or handle people who have come to your store to spend there money just to be treated like a fool. Best Gas Station in Asheville. Amazing beer selection and cheapest gas

They have Ethenol free gas that I use in my mowers and lawn care engines. The employees are always helpful and nice.

Good convenience store. Typically lower fuel prices.
