I’ve had a couple incidents here where I felt like I wanted to leave quickly. The lot lends itself to people confused on pulling in & out, the staff hasn’t been great, the car wash has broken down on more than a couple occasions … the prices aren’t bad, but they’re better just up the street, on Van Nuys & Moorpark. It was ok I found what I needed and was out the gas prices where not worth it and the car wash was not worth it

Car Wash is terrible. I needed a quick wash and came here, and the self car wash machine's drying system did not activate at all. The directions for use aren't clear. It states that you have to "drive front tire between guide rails". There are no guide rails. Most drive-thru car washes let you know how to line your car up, alert you when you are in the wrong spot, give you green or red light indicator and tell you to put your car in either Park or Neutral. When I went inside to complain that the dryer never came on, the cashier argued with me and suggested that maybe I was texting on my phone and therefore not paying attention to the dryer. As I was inside 2 other people complained about the car wash, so the cashier eventually gave me a code to send my car through again, since it was at current state, it was covered in water. Should consider revising or removing car wash. It's faulty and not worth the cost. They've recently increased all car washes by $2. I pay less at my regular
