This is NOT a Sunoco station (Gas Buddy shows that it is) Pumps do not indicate TOP tier.
carwash needs attention not enough maintenance . kinda pissed off about it . told attendant several times no change.
Pumps are the slowest I have ever seen. 20 minutes for 17 gallons. Never going back.
Taped off with yellow tape, no entry from Nashua Street, and location was closed today.

Clean and shiny new. Solid convenience store selection and the Corner Market Cafe is excellent for coffee and breakfast, they even have a drive-thru.

Everyone that works there including the owner are all very nice & friendly. The store is ALWAYS VERY CLEAN!! Inside & out. I go to this 711 that's about 2-3 miles up the street from where I live when I have a 711 at the end of my street. Different owners & employees. I'd rather go a little further and have great customer service along with a clean store and items priced normal. Unlike the other location that is always out of things and has a terrible Manager named Amanda. You won't find a better 711 like this one.

Excellent gas prices. Always lowest in the neighborhood. Just switched from 20 cent discount to 10 cents (like all other Cumby's) for smartpay but still cheaper. Store is always clean and staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful.
