Staff for this location has been absolutely terrible lately! Not friendly and very rude. Used to love this location, nice large lot, lots of space and staff were always great. Where did they all go?? Horrible customer service. Management needs to evaluate the employees better.

It'd be spectacular if people would stop being knobs for this station posting inaccurate prices for premium. Seems to be the only station in North Bay that this is happening for and makes you wonder. Shell is normally the highest priced so just assume they are at least a cent more then the next highest, normally a good rule of thumb since certain clowns can't tell the truth.

don't use the car wash, it will scratch your paint work and Shell will deny it was them and won't be able to provide camera footage

Never any paper in the pump printers !

Always the most intown highest price. I just daved 23.00 at Eagles nest
