Sapp Bros Travel Center in Sidney (2914 Upland Pkwy)

The station was clean and well stocked. The bathrooms were outstanding, exactingly clean, and equipped with bidet toilets. Unfortunately, the gas pumps are very old and several were out of service.

I go through there once a year going to Illinois. Always clean and great customer service.

It was a good place to stop.

Horrid customer service experience 9/10 @4pm. Pulled in, up to furthest pump. Sign taped stated Premium Out of Service so backed up to other pump and filled. Upon going to pay the attendant verbally accosted me with the statement "nice people would pull up to the next pump".

tried three gas pumps after swiping card as instructed by cashier. no pumps worked. said befin fueling and nothing, just clicked. put 3 separate holds on my account for $75. that's a lot of money when you are traveling and need gas at 3am

Pretty accessible. Good customer service. Clean.
