We stopped here on our drive from Kearney to Denver. After purchasing gas, my husband went in to get some snacks. When we got home, I discovered that his purchases had been charged to our credit card twice. I called the station yesterday and asked to speak to the manager, but either wasn’t available or the person I spoke with did not connect me. I was told that they had a new system and that my husband probably “took his card out too fast and caused the problem”. She said that one of the charges will drop off in a day or two, but the charge has been processed twice by my card and neither one is pending. The person I spoke with was not willing to go back and look at the charges even though I still had the receipt and the transaction number. She told me I would just need to wait a few more days and if it was still there they could look at it further. If you go to this station make sure that you check your credit card statement to make be certain you don’t get charged twice!
