They always have their prices really high up compared to Ultramar which is right across.
They are always short staffed at peak times for gas. You go pay inside, you'll run the risk of a 7 min wait... extremely annoying. I've paid at the pump and my card always gets frauded
Most of the the pumps don't print out receipts, always out of paper. And Speedpass only works half the time. All too often have to go inside to pay.
Unless you really need gas. The people working at Esso don't seem to have a head on their shoulders
Car wash is not working prop, rinse water comes out with soap residues, leaves stains at the end
The price is wrong. I submitted the right price but someone kept lowering it. The price is not accurate

Pay at the pump often does NOT work plus receipts RARELY come out. Then a long wait inside to get one. Over and over. And there doesn't seem to be anyone at Petro Canada to report these ongoing issues to.
