Shell in Sauk Rapids (400 S Benton Dr)

Always something difficult with the pump never prints receipt I’ve gotten to the point that I don’t even wanna come to this gas station anymore because it takes so long just to pump gas if you are using any kind of rewards or points and you always have to go inside the pumps always have to be reset. It’s always a hassle.

It’s an older, non-corporate store. Pumps are old and sometimes won’t pump well or at all in cold weather. People that own it are nice enough but not fantastic, customer service wise. It’s just convenient for me.

A couple of the old women that work there can be unfriendly.

They take competitor coupons, and usually have well priced gas.

Needs work.

Creepy, 20 cents more than it said and wouldn't pump fuel as well as not 2 miles away like it said but 15 miles away when I had no gas left
