Shell in Coopersville (125 68th Ave)

Usually pay at the pump but this time I needed to go in and pre-pay. The clerk took my payment but did not allow me to run my loyalty card before doing so, even though I showed it to her and had tapped it on the counter; nor could she fix it. Really didn't seem to care (why I usually pay at the pump!). * The restaurant that had been at this location closed down more than a month ago and there has been no announcement of a replacementhas been no announcement

If you want diesel. DO NOT GO HERE. There pump pumps to slow. It will take you about 10 min to fill you truck. No joke

The station was well stocked but the floor was filthy, the restrooms were smelly and messy.

Busy location with decent gas prices. Staff has always been friendly. Decent amount of food and drink items.

Friendly staff. Dingey gas station though. Needs TLC & updating. And, currently… all pumps do not accept “tap pay” (it’s covered on each pump), which sucks because a lot of people use that feature.

Much prefer the Speedway next door for coffee and variety of snacks.

Cashier seemed to be having a bad day

by far the worse gas station around, I only go here for fuel rewards, gas buddy rewards & get upside.. in the 2 1/2 years I've been going here I have never gotten a receipt at a pump. if you go inside you will be overwhelmed by the stench of the restroom. then when u get into ur car that will be all u smell for a long time, even with air freshener or cologne. majority of the time I go inside the workers have their friends there and don't seem to interested in helping you.
