Went here to fill up and grab a few snacks. The cashier was not present. When I found her she was at the "caffe shop" located inside the store. I asked if she was the one working the register and she said yes and that I'd have to wait. People like to get in and get out of any gas station they go into. Making a customer wait for over 15 minutes for something that should have been under 3 is poor customer service.

For hurricane preparations this station should have the cars enter from Bird Rd and exit on 112 ave. This morning it was the opposite and not very efficient. It allows people to cut in line from 112 ave. If you close 112 ave entrance , I think traffic will flow more easily. IMHO of course.
