Shell in Cupertino (5696 Stevens Creek Blvd)

The pump is out of gas, but they did not put a note on it. Took my money and the clerk went out to lunch!!! I didn't get my gas and already paid, have to waste an hour my time to wait for clerk come back to get my money! They don't take credit card at the pump so it's prepaid and you can't cancel the payment!

Clean bathroom and friendly service. Also good car repair

Shell and Chevron get away with price fixing with the same owner with mutipal stations!! and always the highest pricre!! price gouging ask your self how other stations can charge $1.00 less? its really ilegal what they are doing please report them!

Gas pumps are all locked up so not usable here.

Closed after midnight, nozzles locked to the pumps. Four of the eight pumps out of service. None of the pumps accept card, and they've tapes over the card reader with a note saying you either pay inside or through the shell app.
