Exxon in Coral Springs (4150 FL-7)

I absolutely love shopping here. Convenient, close to work, great rewards program. The food and drinks are delicious, and the staff has always been so friendly.

Great neighborhood gas station

Gas pump hose ruptured and sprayed gas all over me and I was charged for the gas that spilled. Horrible customer service and pumps poorly maintained.

Since the switch in brands the pay at pump is often down and the receipts often don't print from pump. Stations with gloves are empty. Once I was so aggravated I just plain left without gassing up.

Not the easiest place to get into from SR7. Doesn't post its fuel prices so that they can be easily seen by drivers as they approach the station on 441. This is anticompetitive anti-consumer behavior no matter who might be responsible for it!

The staff is well aware of their usual customers and great them accordingly

The gas station it self is great. Clean, organized, and the prices posted are correct. Lady behind the counter was not that friendly. She could use a bit of coaching.

the woman behind the counter insisted that I was using the wrong PIN number twice. I then went out to my car got a different credit card you used it instead and she had charged my card $24 for gas I didn't even put in my car. I called the credit card company after the charge stayed in a pending status since December 18th as of today's date January 2nd the charge is still pending. too much
