If you pay at the pump, you are charged 6cents more than if you go in and pay. Seems it'd be the other way around
My main concern is the upkeep of the restrooms. If they don't have hot water/ soap, then they aren't washing their hands. I hate pit stopping with the children for example and the restrooms are locked, out of order, or have stopped up toilets.
