Owner: Repair your defective pumps! The screens and printers are all falling apart, and I am tired of having to go inside for every receipt!! We can barely even read the prices in the daylight. I will make no more purchases in your store until you fix the pumps. If you take too long, I will also spend my fuel money at your competition. Eventually, I will post about this online. Social media postings and pictures will cost you a bundle in lost revenue. Can you really afford that loss in addition to fixing the pumps? State regulators will also levy fines and/or close you down if keep dragging your feet.

cannot use bp rewards at pump, have to do inside at cashier, which problem when store closed.

The gas pumps run too high!! Meaning: you start pumping gas, and it automatically pops off because the gasoline is coming out of the nozzle too fast. Slow your pumps down so my gas tank isn’t full of air bubbles instead of gas!! I’m not interested in paying for the air bubbles only interested in paying for the gas! Then, when you’re finally done pumping your gas (because you have to stand there and babysit the pump - no matter how cold or rainy or windy … the weather is ) you then have to go inside
