Shell in Muncie (300 E McGalliard Rd)

most pumps don't work, or don't work as they should. some buttons inoperative so one can't enter pin codes for cards. rarely any windshield solvent or towels present (true for a lot of stations these days). rarely can get a receipt. once I had to visit four different pumps in one visit....no more!! im done!!personnel are friendly but obviously exasperated by owner's lack of attention to equipment shotcomings. it is obvious owners could care less as new equipment has been needed for years now. four blocks from my house yet I avoid this station like the plague. many other local Shells have new equipment and work like a charm.

gas station pump did not print out receipt. had to go in and listen to them about their pump. last time I was there they had issues with their pump. The idea of a receipt is so I do not have to go in. I am done getting gas there. there are many other places to get.

Gas pumps are tricked, pumps keeps charging without actually dispensing fuel.

This station doesn’t have diesel fuel!

This station DOES NOT have diesel fuel!!!! Some moron left a cheap price for diesel fuel 🤬🤬🤬
