Sam's Club in Fort Wayne (6736 Lima Rd)

The only problem I ever have at this station is when customers don't follow the arrows on how and where to go!

The one woman who works there is so rude I've called management a few times she needs to realize & remember people don't have to tolerate her crap. If we go elsewhere then that could force Sam's to think do they need a nonprofitable station in Fort Wayne??? Anger enough of us we'll go where we're treated better. Just sayin...

During regular business hours, the lines at the pump bleed into the driving lanes of the complex. It causes a bottle neck for the cars trying to get gas and for the cars trying to maneuver around the complex. Also the pump speed of the gas pumps is very slow.

Hate the location of the station. Traffic get bottle up beteween sam s and the station. Other then that I like getting my gas there.

The woman that is typically there is the worst. She directs traffic and when you arent fast enough or close enough to suit her she all but flips you off. Then mouths obscenities toward you.

Like the prices , small area and difficult to get in and out of at times. Helpful staff though!

Terrible to enter and exit

I love the app and being able to scan and pay. Saves a ton of time.
