it's no longer a Citgo. it's a phillips66,and the one that is down by I64 is a Shell. no Citgos in the area
Busy station. Tight configuration of pumps to parking area, makes navigating between pumps & store an irritation.
They haven't been able to stock my cigarettes for a few days :/
Not really sure why diesel is almost 6 bucks a gallon at this place when you can go 15 miles down the road for a dollar cheaper a gallon
not the cleanest station and bad customer service usually. sometimes you get lucky and get someone nice. also the food is overpriced for the quality of food you get
Just a station with some food service. Needs cleaned up really bad
clean store and friendly staff
great food and friendly staff. fuel is a little high
I really like this Citgo. I have started going out here when I am in the Bluford area because the gas station I used to go to there does not accept credit cards anymore and this Citgo in Wayne City does. I have discovered that when I do need to go inside, the employees are very nice. It is in a very convenient location being at the corner where IL 15 and IL 242 meet.
says online its open late, but its not. there is a big stretch of road between this and the next set of gas stations, and because we didn't want to backtrack, we opted to go just a block or so off of the 64.... HUGE MISTAKE!! We wound up running out of gas with ANOTHER TRAVELER who saw online it was open trying to get to ANOTHER 'open' closed gas station.... Thank God that our fellow traveler talked to his wife after running out of gas and found out they had triple a!! We both got a little gas and went somewhere open 24/7 to fill up our tanks! just be careful if you're running on fumes you may find yourself having to walk to a gas station more then 10 miles out!!!
It's very small single 2 sided pump, most likely privately owned. When you're on the main road you have to cross the railroad tracks and you'll drive right by it even with the gps on. I would definitely fuel up here again, it's a little ways off the highway but worth it!!
brand new and renovated Shell Gas Station! Shell replaces the old Citgo, very nice!
