Shell in Houston (1010 W Alabama St)

This shell is always less than the shell on Montrose and Richmond.

Diesel is always either empty or pumps @ 1 gal/hour. Auto shutoff is broken so, unless you're holding the handle as tank fills, you'll have fuel you've paid for all over the side of your vehicle and yourself vs in your tank. Avoid.

Service attendee was extremely rude when attempting to make purchases. Had an irate customer asking for refund and insisted on making her wait so he could do other things. When asking for manager information, he wouldn't give a name and number.

They steal people's credit card information! Stay away!!! Inside and out. Station had skimmers!!!

Dirty, no restrooms.

Pump did not work, power went out apparently.

I just witnessed how a customer was overcharged $25 and was not* refunded his money as the manager explained , according to the poor guy at the counter who was calling him on the phone, that that was a charge due “by the previous customer” (??) at that pump. So this station is not only overpriced, it’s also managed by a crook.
