Pump was slow

My card didn't work at the pump but they couldn't tell me why, they couldn't do a split payment, they couldn't answer any of my questions, and it was a generally poor experience. After speaking with them for a few moments and them not really understanding me and giving me contradictory answers to my questions, I finally got frustrated and simply went to a different gas station.
