Costco in Madison Heights (30550 Stephenson Hwy)

This station always has the best prices and it is always busy. The station is well maintained, has good lighting, and is clean. To avoid the long lines go the first hour the station is open or the hour before it closes. Costco members and VISA only; no cash.

This Costco and the nearby SAMs are almost within walking distance of each other. Their prices often get out of sync with each other so it is important to check GB. if the prices are the same, the higher SAMs cash back vs Costco's card might tip toward SAMs.

Just like Costco stores, this is a no-frills, barebones station. No candy, drinks, or even garbage cans. However, they have consistently 15-20 cents per gallon cheaper than the next cheapest gas station in the area. They don't accept GasBuddy as a payment (Visa only) but I figure I save about $3 per fill-up. Long lines afternoon/evening so mid-morning-noon is your best bet.

Busy station -lines move fast; fuel deliveries 2-3x times daily (no old, stale gas here). Prices set benchmark, low price for eastern Oakland County! Attendants do their job diligently & always willing to help. I'd mark as a favorite.

Excellent price, go there before or after Costco store hours to avoid the crowds

I love going to all Costco's I feel safe using my debit card because they check hourly the red tap to make sure it hasn't been tampered with, so no thief's can't put in those machine's to steal your info.

Since the remodel and doubling the number of pumps, there has been no waiting on both of my visits. The station has had the best price in the state 95 out of 100 times I have researched!
